Welsh Mountain Medical & Dental Center recieves financial and in-kind support from numerous sources. Their help underwrites our ability to provide quality care on a sliding fee scale.
Welsh Mountain Medical & Dental Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) receiving annual support from the United States Department of Health & Human Services. FQHCs receive their funding under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act. FQHCs are an important part of America's health care safety net, providing comprehensive primary and preventative health care services to all who seek care.FQHCs exist in areas where economic, geographic or cutural barriers limit access to primary health care for a substantial portion of the population; and, they tailor services to the needs of the community.
Welsh Mountain is affiliated with both Ephrata Community Hospital
and United Way of Lancaster and thank them for their continued support.
