Time:
Usually the Second Thursday of each month unless noted

9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Cost: $3.00 per child


Requirements:
1. Parent or legal guardian must accompany child.
2. You must bring a record of any previous immunizations.
3. Immunizations can only be given to children up to the age of 18 years.
4. Only children without insurance coverage or children that have insurance that DOES NOT cover immunizations can receive the immunizations.
5. Children whose insurance has a large deductible are not eligible.
